Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods or sales.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:

- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days — ZAR 100 (free for orders over ZAR 1000).
- Local Pickup: Pick up your order from our Durban hub.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our courier partner’s website.

 

Shipping Restrictions


We currently only ship to locations within South Africa. 

 

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence of a recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages


If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please reach out to us, and we will work with our courier to resolve the issue promptly.
